Their website is fairly average and the search isn’t great, so if you’re having issues finding your phone you may want to use one of the other more user friendly sites such as Royal Mail Simply Drop. Money for My Mobile are very popuar for people wanting to recycle the Nokia N97, Sony Ericcson K800i and the Sony Ericcson K850i.

I sent two iphones + other old phones in early July… Its now early September and I have not yet received a cheque from them.
I have sent messages via their website and not received replies. They have a freephone number which appears to be unattended… Draw your own conclusions.
I am considering reporting the matter to the Trading Standards and maybe the police as essentially they have got my phones by fraudulent or deceptive means
Sent off my Nokia N97 and within 8 days had recieved my cheque for £136. Very good service

Sent off phone – took 10 days to process from the date of receipt. They then sent me an e-mail to tell me that handset not iworking – no power. I was given a revised offer of less than half the original quote. I turned down the offer and asked them to return the handset. Had to wait just over 3 weeks for it to be returned – strangely enough the handset was in perfect working order – what a rip off!!
After getting their freepost envelope, sent my phone to them three weeks ago, Heard nothing so filled in the contact form. Still not heard anything. Would not recommend dealing with them.
