Mobile Phone Xchange
We’ve only heard good things so far about the Mobile Phone Xchange, certainly a reputable company. Reports being that they pay quickly, don’t tend to change the price by downgrading the quality of your phone and they pay quickly and give you the BACS option. We all know what a pain cheques can be, so if you sell your mobile you’re guaranteed to get cash in the bank.
The Mobile Phone Xchange site is rather nice and you can easily search for your old mobile that you’re looking to sell. The prices are hight and you also have the option to exchange you old mobile for vouchers such as Marks and Spencer, Argos and Debenhams. For example if you want to sell a Nokia N95, the cash price is £88 (at time of writing), and alternative is £102 in Debenhams vouchers, so a nice alternative indeed.

Awful company – was offered £60 debenhams vouchers for Nokia n97 then when they got it they said it it was broken (no details) and offered me £10! They took weeks to get back to me and finally came back offering me £25 cash. Still i refused and said i wanted my phone back, they then replied saying they no longer had it and offered me £35 cash, finally after emailing back and forward, i feared i would not get anything from them and accepted their last offer of £45 cash. However it was added to the Debenhams card and i was told they wouldn’t change it to cash. They are a complete rip off! DO NOT USE!
